At The Glow Society, we want our customers to have a positive experience when purchasing from us. Our refund and returns policy differs depending on whether you have purchased a physical product or a digital product.
Physical Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact The Glow Society as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order details and, where applicable, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the situation.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a return is requested for reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, eligibility will be assessed according to the nature and condition of the product and applicable consumer law.
Products should be unused and returned in their original condition, where applicable.
Digital Products
Because digital products are supplied electronically and customers may receive immediate access to downloadable content, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.
